When you connect Meta in Integrations, Whathead fetches the accounts and assets you can use for creating and publishing campaigns. This page describes what those are and how they’re used.

Managing what we use

  1. Go to Integrations and click Manage next to Meta.
  2. Use the tabs (Ad Accounts, Pages, Instagram, Pixels, Apps, etc.) to see what’s available.
  3. Turn on the assets you want Whathead to use when creating or publishing campaigns. Turn off any you don’t want to use.
  4. Use Refresh to fetch the latest list from Meta.
Only assets you’ve turned on will appear when you pick an ad account, Page, Pixel, or app in the Campaign Builder.

If something is missing

  • Make sure the asset exists and is available in your Meta Business Manager (or Ads Manager).
  • Check that your connection has the right permissions (e.g. Pages, Pixels) — reconnect from Integrations if needed.
  • Use Refresh in the Meta asset drawer to pull the latest data.
