- Assets can be shared across campaigns in the same ad account
- You don’t need to upload the same file multiple times
Organizing Assets
To keep your media library organized:- Use descriptive file names before uploading
- Upload assets in batches for specific campaigns
- Regularly review and remove unused assets
- Consider creating separate ad accounts for different brands or clients
Asset Permissions
Asset access is tied to ad account permissions:- You can only access assets in ad accounts you have permission to use
- Assets uploaded to one ad account are not visible in other accounts
- If you lose access to an ad account, you’ll lose access to its media library

For large-scale campaigns, you can upload multiple assets at once:Upload Multiple Files
Drag and drop multiple files, or click Select Files to choose from your computer.
