Navigate to Integrations

From your Whathead dashboard:
  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar
  2. Select Integrations from the settings menu
You’ll see all available platforms with Connect buttons.
2

Choose your platform

Click Connect next to the platform you want to add:
  • Meta - For Facebook and Instagram ads
  • TikTok - For TikTok ads
  • Snapchat - For Snapchat ads
  • Google - For Google Ads
You can connect multiple platforms. Most users start with one platform and add others later as needed.

Authenticate with the platform

A new window opens with the platform’s authentication flow:
  1. Log in to your business account on the platform
  2. Review permissions that Whathead requests (read/write access to campaigns, ads, and assets)
  3. Authorize Whathead to access your account
  4. The window closes automatically after successful authentication

  1. Check your browser’s address bar for a blocked pop-up icon
  2. Click the icon and select Always allow pop-ups from whathead.com

  1. Log into your platform account directly to see the suspension reason
  2. Follow the platform’s appeal or resolution process
  3. Once your account is reinstated, reconnect in Whathead

Managing Multiple Platforms

Once you’ve connected your first platform, you can add more:
1

Add another platform

Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect next to any platform you haven’t connected yet.
2

Add multiple accounts from the same platform

If you manage multiple ad accounts on the same platform:
  1. Click Add Another Account next to the connected platform
  2. Authenticate again (you may be automatically logged in)
  3. Select the additional ad account
You can connect unlimited ad accounts per platform.
3

Switch between accounts

In the Campaign Builder:
  1. Click the Platform dropdown when creating a campaign node
  2. Select the platform and ad account you want to use
Each campaign node can use a different platform and ad account.
Pro tip: Connect all your platforms upfront if you plan to run cross-platform campaigns. This makes it easier to transfer campaigns between platforms later.

Security and Privacy

Whathead takes security seriously:
  • OAuth 2.0 authentication - Industry-standard secure authentication
  • Encrypted token storage - Your credentials are encrypted at rest
  • Minimal permissions - Whathead only requests necessary permissions
  • No password storage - We never see or store your platform passwords
  • Automatic token refresh - Connections stay active without re-authentication
  • Revocable access - You can disconnect platforms anytime
You can revoke Whathead’s access anytime by disconnecting the platform in Settings or by removing Whathead from your platform’s authorized apps list.
