Select several campaigns, ad sets, or ads on the canvas and edit them in one go. Change status, budget, dates, or creative fields for all selected nodes without opening each form.
Bulk edit saves time when you want the same change on many nodes. You select the nodes on the canvas, open the bulk-edit modal for that type (campaign, ad set, or ad), set the fields you want to change, and apply. The values are written to every selected node; you can then publish as usual.

Where to find it

  • Select one or more campaign, ad set, or ad nodes on the canvas (click or shift-click).
  • Use the Bulk edit action (toolbar or context menu). The modal that opens depends on what you selected:
    • Campaigns → Bulk edit campaigns (status, budget, dates, etc.).
    • Ad sets → Bulk edit ad sets (status, budget, dates, targeting-related options).
    • Ads → Bulk edit ads (creative fields: headline, copy, CTA, etc.).
Only nodes of the same type are bulk-edited together. If you mix types, the UI typically lets you choose which type to edit or selects one type.

What you can change (by type)

TypeTypical fields (platform-dependent)
CampaignStatus (active/paused), budget, start/end date, objective-related options.
Ad setStatus, budget, schedule, optimization goal, targeting-related toggles.
AdHeadline, primary text, call-to-action, and other creative fields the platform supports.
Exact fields depend on the platform (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat). The adapter defines which fields appear in each bulk-edit modal.

How it works

  1. Select — Select the campaigns, ad sets, or ads you want to edit (same type).
  2. Open bulk edit — Click Bulk edit in the toolbar or context menu.
  3. Set values — In the modal, set the fields you want to apply to all selected nodes. Leave a field empty if you don’t want to change it.
  4. Apply — Confirm. The values are applied to every selected node. Nodes are marked as edited so that when you Publish, they are included in the update.
  5. Publish — Use Publish when you’re ready to push changes to the platform.
Bulk edit only updates the canvas (node data). It does not call the platform API until you publish.

Use cases

  • Pause many campaigns — Select all campaigns, bulk edit status to Paused, apply, then publish.
  • Same budget across ad sets — Select ad sets, set daily budget, apply.
  • Same CTA on many ads — Select ads, set call-to-action, apply.
